We Three Kings Of Orient Are - Day 3

We Three Kings", also known as "We Three Kings of Orient Are" or "The Quest of the Magi", is a Christmas hymn that was penned by John Henry Hopkins Jr. in 1857. This hymn depicts the journey of the Three Kings, or wise men, who travelled to see newborn saviour Jesus and famously brought gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh.

I love the chorus of :

Oh Oh Star of Wonder, Star of Night, Star of Royal Beauty Bright,

Westward leading, still proceeding, guide us to your perfect light.

And I did a Christmas Tree dedicated to our grandaughter Sophie when

she was a baby on this theme, in Geddington Church Tree Festival.

She is now 16 years old!
